About OUR WARRANTY

Our priority is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with @VANJUNN products. 

All our products carry 3 months warranty, unless stated otherwise. This covers products which have manufacturing defects or arrived damaged in the packaging. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from general usage, regular wear and tear, abuse, improper handling or use, installation or removal.

 If a product defect arises within the warranty period, please contact us at info@bonksenso.com . Proof of purchase would be required (website customers can refer to their Order ID and third-party seller customers must provide proof of purchase from the seller) to submit a warranty claim. 

About RETURN POLICY

For products purchased directly on this site, we offer a 3 months Guarantee to ensure your happiness. The Guarantee period begins upon the delivery date of your order. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. @VANJUNN cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

Furthermore, and due to health and hygiene reasons, you have no right to return in-ear products if such product’s packaging seals are broken.

If it is a quality problem return, @VANJUNN will be responsible for the shipping of the returned item. While the items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. If it is not a quality problem return, the buyers will be responsible for the shipping of the returned item. 

@VANJUNN will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability.

If you require a exchange, the required items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 7-day period following delivery.
